I have been attending Beth’s online classes for 18 months. The pace of each class, as well as Beth’s instructions and prompts, are outstanding. She challenges us, while providing alternative options for those who have limitations. Whether it is Arms, Abs, ABC or Stretches, Beth constantly mixes the flow and introduces new moves, to keep things fresh and continue to challenge us. Throughout it all, Beth’s friendly and engaging personality shine through. I highly recommend her classes!
I’ve been playing golf for decades and always struggled to find a sustainable program that would optimize my fitness for golf—until I began to work with Beth Grant! The blend of increased flexibility, core stability, improved spinal rotation and overall muscle tone has helped me tremendously. I no longer have lower back pain and after playing 18 holes (or more), I am not sore the next day. In fact, I look forward to the next round, whether casual or competitive, because the game is more fun. The bottom line is, working with Beth helps me play better golf!
